The GP Events page has been updated with race information for March 27 & 28. The schedule is practice on Saturday (8AM to 2PM), racing on Saturday afternoon for certain classes at 3PM and full race program on Sunday. Our season flyer will be hitting the mail this week. All practice days leading up to the Regional Championship in June have been posted at the bottom of the GP Events page.

Fly Racing will be offering contingency at all Golden Pine Raceway events in 2010. To be eligible riders must complete the contingency form and returning it with their purchase receipt of 2010 Fly gear. Riders will earn 'Fly bucks' per moto based on their finish position.

MX Sports has announced their 2010 Regional qualifiering schedule and Golden Pine Raceway will be hosting the Amatuer Regionals for the South Central region on June 19th and 20th. Two time world champion Trampas Parker will be hosting a motocross school at Golden Pine Raceway on June 14th, 15th & 16th. The 2009 racing season ended for Golden Pine Raceway on Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 with the inaugural AMA District 19 Championships. Riders fought for OEM contingency from Honda and Kawasaki and pro riders got to divide up the $2,000.00 pro purse. The standout rider of the weekend was Kawasaki backed Justin Summers (FL) who swept every moto of the classes he entered in route to 4 overalls. Hank Van (MS), Lance Vincent (LA), Zachary Bishop Burnett (TN), Jon-Murrary Barr (MS), and Glen Myatt (MS) all left Golden Pine Raceway with 2 overalls. Sean Hackley (TX) swept the 450A class. The AMA Pro Am / MS State Championships held on Sept. 26th and 27th brought some very fast riders to Golden Pine Raceway. In fact before the racing even started Kevin Windham put in a few laps of practice on Saturday. Riders and spectators lined the fences to watch K-Dub piece together some jump combinations never before attempted. Johnny Moore (MS) won the 450A, Lance Vincent (LA) won the 250A class, Justin Summers (FL) won the 250B class, and Heath Harrison (AL) won the 450B class. Some other standout performances came from Jason Anderson (TX), Tevin Tapia (TX), Sean Lapinovich (GA), Hank Van (MS), Jon-Murray Barr (MS), and Parker Mashburn (TX).
